The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 20' x 20' with a 3-wall design. It is classified as Class A fire rated and offers STC31 sound attenuation, making it a highly functional space for any facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation to minimize downtime, and each order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similarly sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to coordinate with the interior and exterior wall surfaces. It is factory installed into a frame that locks positively into adjoining posts to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce this connection. Wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included for each post, allowing for concealed wiring and quick access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with all devices carrying the U.L. label. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing superior sound attenuation, ideal for noisier environments. This system is available in gray and white color options.
