The Porta-King in-plant office is a highly functional space solution designed for placement within your facility. Constructed with white vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces, the office dimensions measure 16' x 16' and consist of four walls, featuring Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The order encompasses all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware needed for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with panels of the same size, while the door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, finished to match the wall panel surfaces, and securely mounted to eliminate door sag. Mechanical fasteners are included for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate, and the wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases with snap-in cover plates included for clean wiring concealment and access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, specified quantities of a light switch and 115-volt electrical outlets with a handy box for easy installation and a cover plate for a polished finish, all of which carry the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid UL class 1 EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound-attenuating properties suitable for louder plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
