The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and a white painted steel exterior on drywall, measuring 12' x 20' with a 2-wall configuration, providing a highly functional space tailored for facilities. The kit includes pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, thereby minimizing downtime. Each order comes with detailed installation instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package comprises all essential wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, along with necessary hardware. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with panels of similar sizes. The door is factory-installed in a frame designed to lock into adjoining posts, preventing door sag, with mechanical fasteners provided for added support above and below the hinge plate. Wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities specified), along with a handy box and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical components are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels are constructed with a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation, ideal for noisy plant environments.
