The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 10' x 12', designed as a 3-wall configuration with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation to create a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation to minimize downtime, along with detailed instructions and a suggested floor plan layout. Each order comes with necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door with a 20-gauge steel construction and large vision lite, as well as all required hardware. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable, while the door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners supplied to enhance the connection. The connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, featuring 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing quick access. A standard electrical kit is included, comprising 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all bearing the U.L. label, with a handy box for easy attachment to the connecting post. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, ensuring excellent sound attenuation for noisier environments. The office is available in gray and white color options.
