Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel exterior, measuring 16' x 20' in a 3-wall configuration, designed with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation for a functional workspace within your facility. The kit includes all necessary wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, and hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sag, with mechanical fasteners supplied for reinforcement and snap-in cover plates included for wiring concealment and accessibility. Additionally, the standard electrical kit comprises recessed 2' x 4' LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, along with a handy box for easy installation and a neat appearance, all carrying the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation suitable for noisier environments, available in gray and white color matches.
