The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 8' x 12' with four walls, offering Class A fire and STC27 sound ratings which create a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components are designed for easy installation to minimize downtime, and every order includes detailed instructions along with a suggested floor plan layout and illustrated packing list. Each order is complete with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and are interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 2-gauge steel, right-hand swing door featuring a large vision lite that matches the interior and exterior panel surfaces, factory installed within a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners reinforce the connection above and below the top hinge plate, while wall connecting posts double as vertical wiring chases. Each connecting post includes 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing quick access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), all incorporating a handy box that is easily fastened to the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The Class A fire rated steel panels consist of a heavy-duty 24 gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, resulting in a durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for harsh environments.
