Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 10' x 10', with a 3-wall configuration that meets Class A fire standards and offers STC27 sound insulation, creating a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, significantly reducing downtime, and comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Every order contains all necessary wall panels (8' high, 3" thick and interchangeable), a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 2-gauge steel with a large vision lite finished to match the interior and exterior, and a factory-installed frame that locks into adjacent posts to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate for additional support, and wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases. Included are 8' high snap-in cover plates for each connecting post to conceal wiring while allowing quick access. The standard electrical kit features 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box that easily attaches to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The steel panels are Class A fire rated, constructed with a heavy-duty 24 gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, resulting in a durable, impact-resistant surface ideal for demanding environments.
