The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and a white painted steel exterior on drywall, measuring 10' x 10' with a 2-wall configuration. It offers Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, making it suitable for various indoor environments. The kit includes all necessary components for assembly, including wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, connecting posts, a roof deck, and an acoustical ceiling system. The door is factory installed in a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging and is reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and each post includes 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access to wiring while maintaining a clean appearance. The electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all U.L. labeled, with a handy box for easy installation on the connecting post. The Class A fire-rated wall panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, ideal for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
