The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 16' x 20' with a 2-wall design. It is constructed to Class A fire and STC27 sound ratings, providing a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components are designed for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and every order includes detailed instructions with suggested floor plan layouts and an illustrated packing list. Each package contains all necessary wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 2-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match both the interior and exterior surfaces, and required hardware for assembly. The door is factory installed in a frame that positively locks into adjoining posts to prevent any sagging. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce the connection. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included for concealing wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, which comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), all incorporating a handy box that easily attaches to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat finish. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated steel panels are composed of a heavy-duty 24-gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior surface and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior surface, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, resulting in a durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for harsh environments.
