The Porta-King inplant office is a white vinyl drywall structure with dimensions of 16' x 16' and features a three-wall design. It complies with Class A fire ratings and STC31 sound attenuation standards, allowing for the creation of highly functional spaces within facilities. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime. Every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the interior and exterior wall panels, and all required hardware for construction. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is factory installed into a frame that securely locks into the adjoining posts to eliminate sag, and mechanical fasteners are provided above and below the top hinge plate for reinforcement. Wall connecting posts function as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing quick access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with devices bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core for excellent sound attenuation, available in gray and white color matches.
