The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed to create highly functional spaces within your facility, featuring a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 16' x 16' with a 2-wall configuration. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order comes complete with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, including all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware for constructing the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing model with a large vision lite, painted to match the interior and exterior surfaces, and is factory installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce the connection. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for each post to conceal wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, every order includes a standard electrical kit comprising 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with handy boxes that can be easily fastened to the back of the connecting posts and cover plates for a neat finish. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels are constructed with a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound-attenuating characteristics suitable for noisier environments. The panels are available in gray and white color options.
