The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 20', with a 3-wall structure that meets Class C fire and STC27 sound ratings, allowing for the creation of a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation to minimize downtime, alongside detailed instructions with suggested floor plan layouts and an illustrated packing list. Every order encompasses all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware to construct the designated sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door featuring a large vision lite, painted to coordinate with the interior and exterior wall surfaces. It is factory installed within a frame that locks securely into adjoining posts, thus reducing the risk of door sag. Mechanical fasteners for installation above and below the top hinge plate further reinforce this connection. Additionally, the wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while permitting quick access during and post setup. The standard electrical kit comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), along with a handy box that easily fastens to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire rated panels incorporate a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard interior and exterior laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, resulting in a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments.
