Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 16 x 16', with a two-wall construction, Class C fire rating, and STC27 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that are easy to install, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order comprises necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and all required hardware for construction. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable, while the door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners supplied for added reinforcement. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing quick access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate for a neat appearance, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface, suitable for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
