The Porta-King Inplant Office is a highly functional space solution featuring white vinyl drywall interiors and exteriors, measuring 8' x 8' with a two-wall design. It is constructed with pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, along with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for constructing the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high and 3" thick, interchangeable with like-sized panels. The included door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to match the interior and exterior wall surfaces, and is factory installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining posts to prevent sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included for each post to conceal wiring while allowing for easy access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit comes with 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box that attaches to the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat finish, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, making it suitable for noisier environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
