The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, designed in a 20' x 20', 4-wall configuration with Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation. The kit includes all essential components for installation: detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout, wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, and all necessary hardware. The door is factory-installed into a frame that securely locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for easy access to wiring. Additionally, the standard electrical kit features 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures in specified quantities, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box for easy installation and a cover plate for a clean look. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class C fire rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard on both surfaces, laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments. The office is available in gray and white color options.
