The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 10', with a three-wall configuration that provides a highly functional space within your facility. This system includes pre-engineered components designed for easy installation to minimize downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the wall panel surfaces, and corresponding hardware. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels. The factory-installed door frame positively locks into the adjoining posts to prevent sagging and includes mechanical fasteners for additional reinforcement at the top hinge plate. The connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while providing easy access. Additionally, each order includes a standard electrical kit with 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, including a handy box for mounting on the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat finish. All devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall on both the interior and exterior, laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, which provides excellent sound attenuation, making it suitable for noisy plant environments. The units are available in gray and white color options.
