The Porta-King in-plant office is designed with gray vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior use, measuring 10' x 10' with a 2-wall configuration. The Class A fire-rated structure also features an STC31 sound rating, creating a highly functional space that can be easily installed to minimize downtime. Each order includes all necessary components such as wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 door, and hardware required to construct the specified sizes and layouts. The wall panels are 8' high and 3" thick, interchangeable with like-size panels, while the door is a 20-gauge steel unit with a large vision lite painted to match the wall surfaces. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts, minimizing the risk of sag, and includes mechanical fasteners for added reinforcement. The connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates that conceal wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is provided, which consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all equipped with a U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels are constructed with a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, making them suitable for noisy plant environments. The units are available in gray and white color options.
