The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 12' with a 4-wall configuration, offering Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation for creating a highly functional space within your facility. The pre-engineered components are designed for easy installation to minimize downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list, as well as all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door constructed of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite painted to match the surface, and hardware to build the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similarly sized panels, while the door is factory installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging, reinforced by mechanical fasteners installed above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for access to wiring. Additionally, the standard electrical kit comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, along with a handy box for neat installation at the connecting post. All electrical components are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation, making them ideal for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
