The Porta-King inplant office is constructed with white vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 8' x 12' with a 4-wall design, and features Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation. The kit includes all necessary pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and comes complete with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order contains all essential wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware necessary for assembly. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable, while the door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door featuring a large vision lite, painted to match the wall panel surfaces. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks securely into the adjoining posts to prevent sagging, and mechanical fasteners are provided for reinforcement above and below the hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve a dual purpose as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included to conceal wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with mounts and cover plates for a polished finish; all devices carry the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation, ideal for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
