The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 12' with a three-wall configuration. It is designed to create a highly functional space within facilities, utilizing pre-engineered components for easy installation to minimize downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, as well as all necessary wall panels, a connecting post, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware required for assembly. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable with similar size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door equipped with a large vision lite, painted to match the interior and exterior wall surfaces. It is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post, eliminating the risk of door sag, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement at the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included for each post to conceal wiring, allowing for quick access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), complete with a handy box attached to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat finish. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels comprise a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation, making it suitable for noisier environments. The panels are available in gray and white color options.
