Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior and measures 12' x 12' with a 4-wall configuration. It is designed to create highly functional space inside your facility, using pre-engineered components that simplify installation and minimize downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions with suggested floor plan layouts and an illustrated packing list, with all necessary components such as wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware included. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similar sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door featuring a large vision lite, painted to match the wall panel surfaces, and is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners aid in reinforcing the connection above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates provided for concealing wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, orders include a standard electrical kit comprising 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all featuring U.L. labels, with a handy box for neat installation on the connecting post. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard laminate adhered to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments. The office is available in gray and white color options.
