The Porta-King inplant office is constructed from gray vinyl hardboard for both interior and exterior use, measuring 10' x 20' with a 2-wall design. The system is classified as Class C fire rated and features STC27 sound attenuation, making it suitable for creating functional space within facilities. The pre-engineered components ensure easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and hardware for construction. Wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and are interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts, preventing door sag, with mechanical fasteners for added reinforcement around the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, accompanied by 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access to wiring during and after setup. The standard electrical kit includes 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all U.L. labeled, with a handy box for neat installation on the connecting post. The panels are constructed with a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface, available in gray and white color options.
