The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 20', and consists of three walls, offering Class C fire and STC27 sound ratings for a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes all necessary components for assembly, such as wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and all required hardware. Wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similarly sized panels. The durable door, made from 20-gauge steel, is factory-installed into a frame that securely locks into the adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement. The connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with included snap-in cover plates for easy access to wiring. Additionally, the standard electrical kit comes with 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate for a polished look. All electrical components carry the U.L. label. The Class C fire rated panels comprise a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, ensuring a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface, available in gray and white color options.
