The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 24', and features a 3-wall configuration with Class C fire rating and STC27 sound insulation. This solution is highly functional, allowing for quick installation with pre-engineered components that minimize downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, along with all necessary components such as 8' high wall panels that are 3" thick and interchangeable with like-sized panels, a 3070 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door complete with a large vision lite, all painted to match the wall surfaces. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts, eliminating the risk of door sag, and mechanical fasteners reinforce this connection. Wall connecting posts double as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access. A standard electrical kit is provided, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box that fastens to the back of the connecting post for a neat appearance. All electrical components are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard exterior laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
