The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with white vinyl hardboard for both interior and exterior use, measuring 12' x 24' with a 2-wall configuration. It features Class C fire ratings and STC27 sound ratings to create a highly functional space within your facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list, comprising all necessary components: wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware tailored to specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, have a thickness of 3", and are interchangeable with matching panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing model featuring a large vision lite, painted to match the wall panel surfaces. It is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag, with mechanical fasteners supplied above and below the top hinge plate for reinforcement. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates provided to conceal wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. The standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures and light switches, alongside 115-volt electrical outlets, facilitated by a handy box that fastens to the back of the connecting post for a neat appearance. All devices comply with U.L. standards. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface, ideal for plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
