The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 20', with a 2-wall design that meets Class C fire ratings and STC27 sound performance for creating a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation to minimize downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order comes complete with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware required to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, while the door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to match the wall panel surfaces, and factory installed to eliminate the risk of door sag. Mechanical fasteners are supplied for installation above and below the top hinge plate, reinforcing this connection, and wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included to conceal wiring while allowing quick access during and post-setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is provided, consisting of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box for easy fastening to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance; all electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class C fire rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments and available in gray and white color options.
