The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 8' with a 4-wall configuration, designed for Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime, and each order comes with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list. The kit includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similarly sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door featuring a large vision lite painted to match the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces. It is factory installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to eliminate the risk of door sag, with mechanical fasteners for reinforced installation above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and each includes 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, the standard electrical kit consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, along with a handy box that attaches to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuating characteristics, making them ideal for noisier plant environments. The office is available in gray and white color options.
