The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, with dimensions of 20' x 20' and a two-wall design, providing a highly functional space within facilities. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list. Each order contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 door made of 20-gauge steel with a right-hand swing and large vision lite, and hardware to construct the designated sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is factory installed in a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box for neat installation on the connecting post and U.L. labeling. The Class C fire-rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
