The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 20' x 20', with a 3-wall configuration that meets Class C fire rating and STC27 sound transmission class, facilitating a highly functional workspace within any facility. The pre-engineered components are designed for easy installation to minimize downtime, and each order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package consists of all necessary wall panels, a connecting post, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all hardware required for assembly. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similarly sized units. The door is factory-installed in a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access and concealment of wiring. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), along with a handy box and cover plate for a neat finish. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire-rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for industrial environments.
