The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior, with dimensions of 10' x 10' and a 4-wall configuration that meets Class A fire and STC31 sound ratings. This kit creates highly functional space within any facility, utilizing pre-engineered components that simplify installation, thus minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions with suggested floor plan layouts and an illustrated packing list, ensuring all necessary items are included: wall panels measuring 8' high and 3" thick, connecting post, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with large vision lite, and hardware for construction. The door is factory-installed in a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners supplied for installation reinforcement. Additionally, wall connecting posts function as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access. The standard electrical kit includes recessed 2' x 4' LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels integrate a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
