The Porta-King Inplant Office is constructed from white vinyl drywall and measures 10' x 10' with a three-wall design that meets Class A fire and STC31 sound ratings. This pre-engineered system is designed for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and each order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The complete package contains all necessary components, including wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, interchangeable with like-size panels, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the wall panel surfaces, and factory-installed hardware. The door is securely framed to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners for reinforcement at the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, and each post includes 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, each with a handy box and cover plate for a neat finish, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall exterior and interior, laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation suitable for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
