Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 12', constructed with a 2-wall design, providing Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation for a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components allow for easy installation, minimizing downtime and including all necessary elements for construction. The kit comes with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list. Each order includes wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, alongside a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, pre-installed in a frame that locks into adjoining posts. Mechanical fasteners are provided for reinforced installation, and wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for concealing wiring. Additionally, the standard electrical kit consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, including a handy box for a neat appearance, with all devices bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels are made of 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering exceptional sound attenuation, making it suitable for noisy environments, and available in gray and white color matches.
