The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 12' with a three-wall construction. It is designed to create a highly functional space within any facility while minimizing downtime due to its pre-engineered components that are easy to install. Each order comes with detailed instructions for assembly, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included in the package are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware for construction based on the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similar-sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing model featuring a large vision lite, painted to match the wall panel surfaces, and is factory-installed in a frame that locks into the adjoining posts to prevent sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to strengthen this connection. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing the wiring while allowing quick access. The standard electrical kit comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all bearing the U.L. label, with a handy box for fast attachment to the connecting post and a cover plate for a clean finish. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard interior and exterior laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
