The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl hardboard construction for both interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 20' with a 4-wall design. It meets Class C fire and STC27 sound ratings, ensuring a functional and secure workspace within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation to minimize downtime and comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included in every order are wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, along with a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door featuring a large vision lite painted to match the wall surfaces. This door is factory installed into a frame that locks with adjoining posts to prevent sagging, supported by mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases with included 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access to wiring. The standard electrical kit consists of the specified quantities of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with a handy box for neat installation on the connecting post. All devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire-rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant solution ideal for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
