The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 8', with a 2-wall design that meets Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation standards, creating highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components are designed for easy installation to minimize downtime, and every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. All necessary wall panels are included, with each panel measuring 8' high and 3" thick, and they are interchangeable with like-size panels. The package contains a door that is a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, factory-installed into a locking frame to prevent sagging, along with mechanical fasteners for additional reinforcement. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are provided for each post to conceal wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, along with a handy box and cover plate for a polished look. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core for excellent sound attenuation, making this system suitable for noisier plant environments, and it is available in gray and white color options.
