The Porta-King in-plant office features a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 10' with a 2-wall configuration, and is designed for high functionality within any facility. This kit includes all necessary components for installation, comprising wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and hardware to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similar panels, while the door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners are provided for secure installation above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access to wiring. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with a handy box for easy fastening to the connecting post. All electrical components are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall outer layer bonded to a solid EPS insulating core, ensuring excellent sound attenuation for noisy environments. The panels are available in gray and white color options.
