The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 20' x 20', with a 4-wall configuration. It is designed with Class C fire rating and STC27 sound insulation properties for enhanced functionality within any facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime, and each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. All necessary components are included, such as wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for constructing the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, finished to match the wall panel surfaces, and factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners enhance installation above and below the top hinge plate for added stability. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, and include 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, all compliant with U.L. standards, along with a handy box for installation. The Class C fire-rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl-finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight and durable, impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments.
