The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 20', designed with a 2-wall configuration that meets Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation for a highly functional space within your facility. The pre-engineered components are easy to install, minimizing downtime, and each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included in every order are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all hardware required for assembly. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is factory-installed in a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as a vertical wiring chase, and snap-in cover plates are provided to conceal wiring while allowing for easy access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all equipped with a handy box that fastens to the back of the connecting post for a neat appearance. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments, with available color options in gray and white.
