The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 12' with a three-wall design, Class C fire rating, and STC27 sound rating, providing a highly functional space for any facility. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, such as detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, illustrated packing lists, wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite finished to match the wall panel surfaces, connecting posts that double as vertical wiring chases, and an acoustical ceiling system. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts, eliminating sag, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. Also included are 8' high snap-in cover plates for connecting posts to conceal and allow access to wiring, along with a standard electrical kit comprising 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets equipped with a handy box attached to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, ensuring a lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
