The Porta-King inplant office is designed with a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 16' x 16' with a 4-wall configuration, offering Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation for highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime, and each order includes detailed instructions along with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Essential components supplied include wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, a 3070 model 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite that matches the wall panel surfaces, and a door frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. The installation is reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve a dual purpose as vertical wiring chases, accompanied by 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while providing quick access during and after setup. Each order comes with a standard electrical kit, featuring specified quantities of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, which are easily fastened to the back of the connecting post, along with a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of laminated 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surfaces attached to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
