The Porta-King Inplant Office, constructed from white vinyl drywall, features an 8' x 8' design with four walls, offering Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation. The pre-engineered components are designed for easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions along with a suggested floor plan and an illustrated packing list. The complete package includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite that matches both the interior and exterior wall finishes, securely framed to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners reinforce the connection above and below the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access to wiring. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with all components bearing the U.L. label, neatly installed with a handy box and cover plate. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
