The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with gray vinyl hardboard for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 12' x 24' with a 3-wall configuration, offering Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation to create a highly functional workspace within your facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, reducing downtime, and every order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each package contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and all required hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable, while the door is constructed from 20-gauge steel and features a factory-installed frame that locks securely into the adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners are provided for above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce the connection, and the wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access to wiring. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all of which carry the U.L. label and come with a handy box that attaches neatly to the connecting post. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, offering a lightweight yet durable impact-resistant surface, available in gray and white color options.
