The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 20' x 20', with a two-wall design that meets Class C fire ratings and STC27 sound ratings to create a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, consisting of wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all required hardware. The wall panels, which are 8' high and 3" thick, are interchangeable with like-sized panels, while the door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners are included for secure installation above and below the top hinge plate, and wall connecting posts double as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access to wiring. The standard electrical kit comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all U.L. labeled and easily mounted to the posts for a tidy appearance. The Class C fire-rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
