The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with white vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 8' x 8' and featuring a 3-wall structure. This office solution provides highly functional space within your facility, utilizing pre-engineered components that make installation straightforward and reduce downtime. Each order comes with comprehensive instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included in every package are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right hand swing door with a large vision lite, and all hardware needed for construction as per the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and can be interchanged with other panels of the same size. The door features a factory-installed frame that secures into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, supported by mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, comprising 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets—all with U.L. labels. The Class A fire-rated panels include a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation suitable for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
