The Porta-King Inplant Office is a highly functional 8' x 12' modular structure featuring a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, constructed with 3-wall design, Class A fire rating, and STC31 sound control capabilities. The pre-engineered components promote easy installation to minimize downtime, and each order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. The package encompasses all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the surrounding wall surfaces, and all required hardware. Wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similar size panels. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts, eliminating the risk of sag. Mechanical fasteners are included for installation above and below the top hinge plate for reinforcement, and wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases. The kit includes 8' high snap-in cover plates for each connecting post to conceal wiring while allowing easy access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets that come with a handy box for neat installation. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire rated panels offer a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation ideal for noisier plant environments, and are available in gray and white color match.
