The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 12' and featuring a 2-wall configuration. It complies with Class A fire standards and offers STC31 sound attenuation, creating a functional space within any facility. The kit comes with pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Necessary components for construction include wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, interchangeable with like-size panels, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite matching the wall panel surfaces, connecting posts that double as vertical wiring chases, and a roof deck with an acoustical ceiling system, along with all required hardware. Wall connecting posts include 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing quick access. The standard electrical kit incorporates 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box mounted to the back of the connecting post for a finished look. All devices within the electrical system bear the U.L. label. Additionally, Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, making the office suitable for noisier environments.
