The Porta-King in-plant office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 10' with a 4-wall configuration that adheres to Class A fire ratings and STC31 sound attenuation specifications, enabling the creation of highly functional spaces within your facility. This office kit includes pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, reducing downtime, and comes with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list. All necessary components are included, such as wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, while the door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door featuring a large vision lite painted to match the wall panels. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts, minimizing the risk of sagging, and mechanical fasteners are provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases and include 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring with easy access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is provided, consisting of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all with U.L. labels and a handy box for secure mounting on the connecting post. The panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering remarkable sound attenuation, particularly suited for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
