The Porta-King in-plant office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 16' x 16', with a three-wall configuration, Class C fire rating, and STC27 sound insulation. Designed for functionality, the pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation to minimize downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list. Included are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware required to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to match the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces, and factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining posts to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate for reinforcement. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates for each post conceal wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, each order includes a standard electrical kit consisting of 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities specified), with a handy box that easily attaches to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat finish. All devices feature the U.L. label. The Class C fire-rated panels incorporate a 1/8" vinyl-finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments, available in gray and white color matches.
