The Porta-King Inplant Office is a highly functional space solution designed for installation within facilities, featuring a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior. Measuring 10' x 16' with a 3-wall configuration, this office system meets Class A fire ratings and provides STC31 sound attenuation. The pre-engineered components allow for easy installation, reducing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, along with all necessary components: wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all necessary hardware for assembly. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks positively to the adjoining post to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for added reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all of which comply with U.L. standards. The fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, ensuring excellent sound attenuation, making it suitable for noisy environments. The system is available in gray and white color options.
