The Porta-King in-plant office is constructed with gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 10' x 16' with a 2-wall design, featuring Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation for creating a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes all necessary components including 8' high wall panels that are 3" thick and interchangeable, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, mechanical fasteners for secure installation, connecting posts that also serve as vertical wiring chases, and a roof deck along with an acoustical ceiling system. The installation is straightforward due to pre-engineered components, and detailed instructions along with a suggested floor plan layout are provided. The door comes factory installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging, accompanied by 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access to the wiring chases. The standard electrical kit included consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with all devices bearing U.L. labeling. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall on both sides, laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, which provides excellent sound attenuation, making the system ideal for noisy environments. Color options available are gray and white.
